Hi everyone! We've recently expanded our small mining operation from a few ASICs to a couple dozen units, and now the question of choosing a reliable pool has become much more important than before. At first we used a popular pool simply because everyone recommended it, but over the last few months we've started noticing unstable luck, payout fluctuations and occasional connection issues. For those running mining as a business rather than a hobby, all of this directly affects planning. We're now looking for a pool with transparent statistics, stable infrastructure, detailed worker monitoring, reasonable fees and reliable long-term operation. It would also be nice if support actually responds instead of sending automated replies. Has anyone switched pools recently? What are you using today and are you satisfied with your results?

We recently migrated part of our hashrate to EMCD and so far the experience has been positive. The platform has been operating for years, the dashboard is easy to navigate, worker statistics are detailed and payouts have been stable.
